The Adobe Sign extension for Zoho Projects provides users with the e-signature function required to quickly complete approvals and agreements. With this extension, you can send agreements, view their signing status, and even revoke the agreement without leaving Zoho Projects. The quick turnaround time in processing your agreement helps provide effective service to your users.

Installing the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Search for Adobe Sign for Zoho Projects extension.
   
4. Click Install to proceed to the installation.
   
5. Agree to the terms of service, and click Install.
   
6. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with.
   

6. Agree to the terms of use.
   
7. Click Install Extension.
   
8. Click Authorize.
   
9. Sign in with your Adobe Sign credentials.
   

Sending agreements from Zoho Projects

1. Open a project from the list.
   
2. Click the More icon ( ) on the left band.
   
3. Click Adobe Sign Extension. You will be taken to the History page.
   

4. Click Send Agreement. The Send Agreement page will open.
   
5. Choose the agreement to share.
   
6. Enter the agreement recipient's email address.
   
7. Enter the Agreement name.
   

8. Set the Expiration for the agreement, if needed.
   
9. Set the Reminder  time for the user, if needed.
   
10. Add the signature fields, if necessary.
    
11. Click Send.
    

Viewing sent history in Zoho Projects

1. Open a project from the list.
   
2. Click the More icon ( ) on the left band.
   
3. Click Adobe Sign Extension. You will be taken to the History page, where the status of all the agreements shared so far will be displayed.
   

4. Click Cancel to withdraw an agreement that has been sent.
   
5. Enter the reason for revoking it, and click Revoke.
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to  Marketplace > All.
   
3. Click Installed.
   
4. Click Adobe Sign for Zoho Projects.
   
5. Click Uninstall. The extension will be uninstalled, and all associated data will be lost.
