Installing the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Search for DocuSign for Zoho Projects and click on it.
   
4. Click Install to proceed to installation.
   
5. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
   
6. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
   

6. Agree to the terms of use.
   
7. Click the Install Extension.
   
8. Click Authorize.
   
9. Sign in with your DocuSign credentials.
   

Sending envelopes from Zoho Projects

You can use the DocuSign extension to send envelopes to your customers and have them sign them, all in Zoho Projects.

1. Open a project from the list.
   
2. Click the More icon in the left band.
   

3. Click DocuSign Extension.
   
   • You will be taken to the History page.
     
4. Click Send Document.
   
   • The Send Envelope page will open.
     
5. Choose the envelope to share.
   
6. Enter the email address to whom the envelope is to be sent.
   
7. Enter the email subject.
   

8. Set the Expiration for the document.
   
9. Set the Reminder time for the customer.
   
10. Click Send.
    
11. Click Yes if you want to be taken directly to the signature location in the document.
    
    • The document will open in a new pop-up.
      
12. Otherwise, click Send Anyway.
    

Viewing sent history in Zoho Projects

1. Open a project from the list.
   
2. Click the More icon in the left band.
   
3. Click DocuSign Extension.
   
   • You will be taken to the History page, where the status of all the envelopes shared so far will be displayed.
     

4. Click Revoke to withdraw an envelope that has been sent.
   
5. Enter the reason for revoking it and click Revoke.
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Click Installed.
   
4. Click DocuSign for Zoho Projects.
   
5. Click Uninstall.
   The extension will be uninstalled and all the associated data will be lost.
