Installing the Extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Select the Egnyte for Zoho Projects extension.
4. Click Start Trial to proceed to the installation.
5. Agree to the terms of use.
6. Click Click here to Install Extension.
   
7. Under the General Tab, select the projects that need to be associated with Egnyte.
   
8. Set the User Accessibility.
   
9. Click Save & Proceed.
   
10. Navigate to the Configuration section and enter your Egnyte domain name. Example: abc.egnyte.com.
    
11. Click Save Configuration.
    
12. Navigate to the Connections section.
    
13. Hover over the connection and click Connect.
    
14. Enter the complete Egnyte Domain URL (starting with https://) and then click Connect.
    
15. Enter the Egnyte password and click Log in.
    
16. Click Allow Access.
    The extension is now authorized.
    

Associating Files

1. Navigate to your project and click a task or an issue you want to associate files from your Egnyte account with.

2. Select the Egnyte extension.
3. Click Associate Files.
   
   

4. Select the files you would like to associate with.
   • Your Egnyte files will be fetched and displayed here.
   • You can select a maximum of 10 files at once.
   • A maximum of 20 files can be associated with a task or an issue.
5. Click Associate Files.
   
   

Accessing Associated Files

1. Navigate to your project and open a task or an issue.
2. Select the Egnyte extension.
3. Click a file that has been associated with the task or issue. The file will open from its Egnyte location.
   
   

Deleting an Associated File

1. Navigate to your project and open a task or issue.
2. Select the Egnyte extension.
3. Hover over a file and click the Trash icon to delete. This action removes only the file's association with the task or issue.
4. Confirm your action.
   
   

Downloading an Associated file

1. Navigate to your project and select a task or an issue.
2. Open the Egnyte extension.
3. Hover over a file and click the download icon . A copy of the file will be downloaded to your machine.
