GoToMeeting for Zoho Projects

The GoToMeeting extension for Zoho Projects helps you schedule meetings from within your Zoho Projects account. You can also attend meetings scheduled by others.

Installing the extension

  1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
  2. Search for GoToMeeting for Zoho Projects and click on it.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
  5. Select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or give access to in the General section.
  1. Agree to the terms of use.
  2. Click Install Extension.
  3. Under the Connections section, click Authorize. Sign in with your Zoho credentials.
  1. Click Authorize.
  2. Sign in with your GoToMeeting credentials.

Scheduling meeting from Zoho Projects

  1. Click the extensions icon ( ) at the bottom-right corner.
  2. Click GoToMeeting from the app menu. The Schedule Meeting page will open in the right panel.
  3. Enter a Meeting name.
  4. Enter the Date on which the meeting is to be scheduled.
  5. Enter the Time Zone.
  6. Enter the Time and Duration of the meeting.
  7. Click Save.

The meeting link will be generated. You can share them with the desired attendees via email.

Joining meeting from Zoho Projects

  1. Click the Extensions icon ( ) at the bottom-right corner.
  2. Click GoToMeeting from the app menu. The Schedule Meeting page will open in the right panel.
  3. Click Meeting List.
    1. The list of all the upcoming meetings scheduled by you will be listed along with the meeting link.
  1. Click Meeting Link to join the meeting.
You can also join a meeting with the Meeting ID:
  1. Click Join Meeting to join meeting scheduled by others.
  2. Enter the nine-digit Meeting ID and click Join.
  1. Open a project from your project list.
  2. Click Tasks in the left band.
  3. Open a task from the listed tasks.
  4. Click GoToMeeting tab in the task bar.
  5. Under Meeting History, the last five meetings of the previous calendar day will be displayed.
  6. Click Schedule/Join Meeting in the right-top corner.
To Schedule Meeting:
  1. Enter a Meeting name.
  2. Enter the Date that the meeting is to be scheduled.
  3. Enter the Time Zone.
  4. Enter the Time and Duration of the meeting.
  5. Click Save.
    1. The meeting link generated will be displayed in the Comments tab.
To Join Meeting:
  1. Enter the nine-digit Meeting ID.
  2. Click Join.

Uninstalling the extension

  1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
  2. Click Installed.
  3. Click GoToMeeting for Zoho Projects.
  4. Click Uninstall.
