Hubspot for Zoho Projects

With the HubSpot for Zoho Projects extension, you can now view details of contacts, deals, and activities from within Zoho Projects. View existing customer details and deals from HubSpot, while adding tasks and deals to HubSpot from Zoho.

Installing the extension

  1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
  3. Search for HubSpot for Zoho Projects extension.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  6. Click Install.
  7. In the General section, select the profiles and projects you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.

  1. Agree to the terms of use.
  2. Click Install Extension.
  3. Navigate to the Connections section.
  4. Click Authorize.

  1. Sign in with your HubSpot credentials. The extension will be authorized and ready to use.

Associating activities from HubSpot

  1. Navigate to your project and click on a task.
  2. Click HubSpot in the task tab.
  3. Click Search Contact.

  1. Search the HubSpot contact you would like to associate with. The Contacts, Deals, and Tasks associated with that contact in HubSpot will be fetched and displayed here.
    1. Under Contacts, the personal information about the contact will be displayed.

  1. Under Deals, any five of the available deals of the contact will be displayed. Click View More to access more deals in HubSpot.

  1. Under Tasks, the activities like Call, Email, and To-Do will be displayed.

  1. Click Add New to add a new task or deal in HubSpot.

Uninstalling the extension

  1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
  3. Click Installed.
  4. Click HubSpot for Zoho Projects.
  5. Click Uninstall.
The extension will be uninstalled, and all the associated data will be lost.
