Phases

To link a phase to an existing task list follow these simple steps:
  1. Mouse over to the required task list.
  2. Select the Other Actions icon() at the left corner.
  3. Click the Edit Task list option.
  4. In Related Phase, select the required phase.

How do I see my archived phases?

You can view the archived phases, by clicking the Phases section in that particular project.

How do I display my phases and its associated tasks to my clients?

In Phase Flag, choose the External option, if you wish to collaborate and display the phase with client users. However, if you want to display only to your portal users choose the Internal option. Learn more.

How will I see all the overdue phases across all projects?

You can see all the overdue phases across all projects in the My Phases tab. If you want to see all the overdue phases of any particular project user, use the Filter option in the Phases section.

Is it possible to set dependency between phases, across projects?

No, you cannot set dependency between phases. Instead, you can set dependence only between tasks.

How do I reorder task lists within phases?

You cannot reorder task lists within phases,  however, you can reorder the task lists in the Tasks module within a project.
  1. Navigate to your project and click Tasks in the top band.
  2. Choose the List or Gantt view.
  3. Click the Group By drop-down and choose Task List.
  4. Hover over a task list to view the reorder icon ().
  5. Click and hold on the icon and drag and drop your task list to reorder it.
