Does the Enterprise plan have any limits on projects or users?
The Enterprise plan of Zoho Projects supports unlimited projects. You can also purchase additional user licenses if you want to add more users to your portal.

Apart from online payment, is there any other way of making payment?
We offer the following modes of payment:
- Online (recurring payments): Credit cards and Paypal
- Offline (manual activation): Credit cards, Paypal, checks, and bank/wire transfer
Will the previous project data be available after I renew my account?
Yes, you will be able to access your data once your Zoho Projects account is renewed. However, if the renewal is for lesser number of users than before, the remaining users will not be able to access the portal.
Do you provide us any buffer time to renew our account?
Our merchant gateway, will try transacting the plan amount for 15 consecutive days from the actual renewal date. If the payment fails on the 15th day, the account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
For example: If your renewal date is 6/24/2022 [MM/DD/YYYY], the merchant gateway will try transacting your plan till 7/9/20221 [MM/DD/YYYY] and if you fail to deliver the payment your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan.
Do we lose all data in our account if not renewed on time?
No, you will not lose your data. If the renewal fails, all the projects except one will be deactivated. Once you renew your paid account, you will be able to access the data again.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We presently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal payments. We also accept payments via check and bank/wire transfer. Additionally, we also accept UPI and Net banking payments from Indian customers.
How can I downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan?
Only the portal owner can downgrade the account.

To downgrade your subscription plan:
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the Zoho Projects top band.
- Select Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
- Click Change Plan in the right corner.
- Hover over the existing plan and then click Upgrade / Downgrade Plan.
- Select the desired plan and click Downgrade.
- Verify the purchase order and click Confirm to successfully downgrade the plan.
- A confirmation message about the downgrade is displayed.
Can I upgrade / downgrade or cancel a plan at anytime?
Yes. Zoho Projects is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Only the portal owner can do upgrade or downgrade the plan.
Cancel the Subscription Plan
You can cancel your subscription plan if required.
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the Zoho Projects top navigation band.
- Select Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
- Click Change Plan in the right corner.
- Hover over the existing plan and then click Upgrade/Downgrade Plan.
- Click Downgrade to Free.
- Click Continue to downgrade to free plan.
- Enter the reason for cancellation in the Downgrade to Free Edition and then click Downgrade to Free to cancel the subscription. A confirmation message about cancelling the plan is displayed.
Cancel at the end of the subscription
You can also cancel your plan when the subscription ends. Check the box to downgrade automatically at the end of your current billing cycle.

You can signup for a
Free Plan with 3 Users. You can manage one project and attach files upto 5 GB disk space in the Free plan.
