Notification Alerts

All project updates related to the various project activities such as adding a status, task, and bug are displayed as notification messages. 

Create a Task

You can add tasks for any selected project. In addition, you can set priority and assign it to users.

1. Click on the Task tab inside the extension.
   
2. Click on the add icon () to add a task. 
   
3. Select a Project to add a task.
   
4. Fill in the details and click Done. 

File an Issue

To file issues, enter the problem title and description of the issue and then choose the project and user for whom the issue must be assigned to. Click on the Plus icon under Issues tab.

Timers

Users can  use the timer function to log time against tasks and issues. 

1. Click on the Timer tab. Enter the first few letters of the task or issue. 
   
2. Hover over the entity and click Start.
   
3. To add logs for a general entity click on the Start button visible on the screen. 
   
4. The time logs will be added to the relevant category (task, issue, general). 
   
   

Screen Grab

We also have the Grab Screen option, that enables you to submit the screenshot of the error message or bugs while filing. You just need to capture the error message on your system and then file the bug. Click the screengrabber icon in the bottom right corner.
