You can now sync your Google calendar with Zoho Projects and track your project milestones, tasks and meetings.

1. Click Collaboration from the navigation panel and then click on the Calendar tab.
2. Click  in the upper-right corner.
   
3. Select Sync with Other Calendars.
   
4. Click Generate iCal & Gcal under point 4.
   
   
5. Click Show URL.
   
6. Download the file under Google Calendar.
   
   
7. In your Google account, click Calendar.
   
8. Click + next to Other calendars and select Import.
   
9. Upload the downloaded file in the Select file from your computer section and then click Import.
   

Project events like tasks, milestones, and meetings from Zoho Projects are automatically displayed in your Google calendar.
