Update Issues

As issues progress towards a resolution updating details is important to keep team members informed. Issue details can be updated in bulk or individually.

Update Details in Bulk

Select multiple issues and update field value in bulk.
  1. Select a project from the Recent Projects section or from the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click on the Issues tab in the top band.
  3. Select multiple issues using the checkbox.

  4. Bulk update options are enabled and visible below the column headers.
  5. Click on any of the fields to view the relevant pick list.
  6. Select a value from the pick list. The issue field will be updated with the selected value.

Update Details Individually

Issue details can be updated from the details page.
  1. Select a project from the Recent Projects section or from the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click on the Issues tab in the top band.
  3. Click on an issue to open the details page.
  4. Update the necessary fields.
