Template Gallery

Projects templates are a convenient way of creating projects. Using existing template users can create a new project without the additional effort of adding milestones, task lists, tasks, users etc. In Zoho Projects, a project can be created from scratch, or you can use a predefined template from the Template Gallery. Projects templates created by users will also be listed under Template Gallery.
  1. Navigate to Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click New Project button in the upper right corner.
  3. Select a template and click Use Template.
To access the Template Gallery at portal-level,
  1. Navigate to Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click    beside Projects.
  3. Select Template Gallery from the drop-down.
  4. Select a template and click Use Template.

Users can disable the Template Gallery and directly access the project form every time they click the New Project button.
  1. Navigate to Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click New Project button in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the Do not show this again checkbox. at the bottom-right corner.
  4. The view will switch to the New Project form.
  5. Click Browse Templates to view the template gallery again.
