Portal Level Task Reports

Task Report at a portal level provides a comprehensive view of tasks across the portal. Users can gather insights based on task progress, completion rates, and other significant metrics. 

Chart Configuration

Chart configuration tab allows users to select a chart type and plot the preferred fields on the  X and Y axis. Users can also group these charts and filter them according to their requirements. To access the chart configuration,
  1. Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click the drop-down panel and select Task Reports.
  3. Click the    icon on the top right corner of your tab.
  4. Select a chart type to view it.
  5. Select any field as X axis, Y axis, and select a group.
  6. Click Apply.


Types of Task Reports:

Basic Reports

  • Status - Report generated to view task count based on the status of tasks.
  • Owner -  Report generated to v iew task count based on the Owner.
  • Priority -  Report generated to v iew task count based on the priority of tasks.
  • Completion Percentage -  Report generated to view task count based on the completion percentage of tasks.
  • Tags - Report generated to v iew task count based on the tags.
  • Project -  Report generated to view the number of tasks in each project.

Advanced Reports

  • Owner-wise Task Status - Report generated to view the task count based on the status set by the owner.
  • Owner-wise Task Priority - Report generated to view the task count based on the priority set by the owner.
  • Owner-wise Task Completion - Report generated to view the task count based on the completion percentage set by the owner.
  • Project-wise Task Status - Report generated to view the task count based on the status for each project.
  • Project-wise Task Owner - Report generated to view task count based on the owner for each project.
  • Created Vs Completed - Report generated to view task count based on the number of tasks created vs. completed within a specific time frame. 

Created Vs Completed Report

Created vs Completed report allows the users to compare the number of tasks created against the number of tasks completed within a specific time frame. Users can view the count, sum, average, minimum and maximum values of the tasks against the created and completed time. 
  1. Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click on the drop-down panel and select Task Reports.
  3. Click Created Vs Completed under Advanced Reports.
  4. Select the chart type. 
  5. Select the criteria and then click Apply.
