Chart Configuration
Chart configuration tab allows users to select a chart type and plot the preferred fields on the X and Y axis. Users can also group these charts and filter them according to their requirements. To access the chart configuration,
Navigate to a project and click Reports in the top band.
Click the drop-down panel and select Issue Reports.
Click the
icon on the top right corner of your tab. Select a chart type to view it.
Select any field as X axis, Y axis, and select a group.
Click Apply.

Basic Reports
Basic reports show the status of issues using the most common parameters. Scroll down to see the report in a tabular form. Click on a bar to show issues for the given status.
Advanced Reports
Advanced Reports answers questions such as 'How many issues does an owner have in each stage?' or 'How many issues have been escalated and at what level?'
Issue owner status report
The report gives a graphical representation of the number of issues assigned to a user in different stages. Click on the bar to see the issues for that particular stage.
- Navigate to a project and click Reports in the top band.
- Select Issue Owner Status Report.
- Click on the bar graph to see the issues in that status.
- Scroll to view the report in table format.
Issue Owner Escalation Report
The report gives a graphical representation of the escalations users have. Click on the bar to see the issues for that particular escalation.
Created vs Closed
Created Vs Completed report allows the users to compare the number of issue created time against the number of issue completed time. Users can view the count, sum, average, minimum and maximum values of the issues against the created and completed time.
Export Issue Reports
You can export issue reports and save them as a PDF file for easy access.
- Navigate to Issue Reports.
- Click
and click Export to PDF.
