Tracking Organization Activities Using Audit Logs

The Audit Log feature can only be accessed by the portal owner. 

Information Available in the Audit Log

1. Date & time of the event/action.
   
2. Name of the user who performed the action
   
3. The name of the entity or work item that's being acted upon.
   
4. Project name
   
5. Name/Title of any auto trigger (scheduled exports, workflow rules, blueprints etc)
   
6. All create operations
   
7. All update operations
   
8. All delete operations
   
9. All data export operations
   
10. Integrations & extensions: install, uninstall, enable, & disable actions.

Access Audit Log

Filter Audit Logs

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
   
2. Navigate to Data Administration > Audit Log. 
   
3. Click on the filter icon ().
   
4. Select the desired criteria and click Find.
   
   

Export Audit Log

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
   
2. Navigate to Data Administration > Audit Log. 
   
3. Click on the Export as CSV icon in the upper-right corner. 
   
4. Select if you want to encrypt the file. 
   
5. An email with the download URL will be sent once the download is complete
