Layout

Availability: Enterprise plan and above.

View User Layouts

1. Navigate to Set Up > Customization > Layouts > Users
   
2. Click on the layout you want to view.
   

Edit User Layouts

1. Navigate to Set Up > Customization > Layouts > User.
   
2. Click on the layout you want to edit.
   
3. Edit or add the details and click Enter or Return.
   

1. Creating new user layouts is not supported.
   
2. The default Portal and Client user layout cannot be deleted.
   
3. The user layout cannot be associated to projects as the default layout applies across projects.
   

Section

Add section

1. Navigate to Set Up > Customization > Layouts > User.
   
2. Open the layout, drag and drop a field on a space outside of existing sections to create a new section.
   
3. Enter a name for the new section and add fields to it as per your requirement.
   
4. Click Update.

Edit Section

1. Navigate to Set Up > Customization > Layouts > User.
   
2. Select the layout you wish to edit.
   
3. Click on the section you want to edit and click Enter or Return to save the changes. 
   

Delete section

1. Navigate to Set Up > Customization > Layouts > User.
   
2. Select the layout you wish to edit.
   
3. Go to the section and remove all the fields in the section you want to delete.
   
4. Hover over the section you want to delete and click .
   

Field

Manage Fields

1. Drag and drop fields from the Available or New Fields tab to add default and custom fields to the layout.
   
2. Add Fields details under Properties tab form on the right.
   
3. Adjust user access permissions for individual fields from the field's Permissions tab on the right.
   
4. Drag and drop fields to rearrange their placement across sections.
   
5. Click  to edit a field.
   
6. Click  and confirm your action to remove a field.
