CodeX Credits

CodeX credits allows admins to monitor and analyze the number of CodeX script executions in Zoho Projects. Each time a script is executed, it uses one credit. Credits are allocated based on the organizations' subscription plan and will reset every month.

Only Admins can access the CodeX Credits

CodeX Scripts are currently available as a limited release. To enable this feature for your portal, please contact support@zohoprojects.com

The reset date adjusts based on your portal's timezone.
If credits are fully utilized before the reset date:

Existing scripts will stop.
Scripts will no longer run until credits reset.

Unused credits do not carry forward to the next month.

CodeX Credits based on Zoho Projects Plans:

Subscription plan	Monthly CodeX credits
Free	50 per month
Premium	500 per month
Enterprise	50000 per month
Ultimate (new plan)	500000 per month

Track CodeX Credits

Admins can monitor the usage from the CodeX Credits section in Settings under Developer Space.

To view credit usage:

Navigate to .
Under Developer space, click CodeX Credits.

You can track your monthly credits, used, unused credits, and the next reset date.

View Usage History

To review CodeX credit consumption history for the selected month:

Navigate to .
Under Developer space, click CodeX Credits and scroll to the usage table.
Select a month using the calendar drop-down.

Manage Notifications

Users can receive alerts when your credit usage reaches a specific percentage.

To configure notifications:

Navigate to > CodeX Credits.
Click the Notifications tab.
Choose the notification type, select one or more users, and set the percentage threshold between 50 and 100.
Once configured, the users will receive alerts when usage reaches the set threshold.
