Feed Notifications

Control the web and mobile notifications in Zoho Projects. Select projects to receive specific notifications and reduce clutter.

Use case

Software development/ IT: QA will test the features that are about to be released. If the QA finds any issues while testing, the same will be added as an issue in the issues module, and a developer will be assigned to fix the issue. This associated developer will receive a feed notification about the issue assigned to them.

Construction: A construction company's project manager would like to be informed about the projects that fall under their purview. Any updates made by the team members will be available as a feed notification in the feeds module.

Event planner: Under the feeds module, an event organizer can check all the updates made by their team mates to learn about the progress of the event.

Configure Feed Notifications

Click in the upper-right corner of the top band.
Navigate to the Personal Preferences section, under Notifications, and click Feed Notifications.
Select projects for which you would like to receive notifications using the toggle switch.

Users can still check feed for a project disabled here by selecting it from the Feed tab.
