Delete your Zoho Projects portal anytime you wish to discontinue our services. Portal can be deleted by the Portal Owner. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your portal data before deleting it.

This feature is available only after you downgrade to the Free plan.

If the portal meets all the above criteria, you can now proceed to delete your portal.

1. Click    in the top navigation panel.
2. Navigate to Portal Configuration > Configuration > Delete Portal tab. 
   
3. Click Continue.
   
   
4. Review the data that will be deleted.
   
   
5. Check the I understand the impact dialog.
   
6. Click Delete.
   
7. A One Time Password is sent to the email address.
   
8. Enter the password in the pop-up and click Delete.
   
9. An email containing a link to download the backup will be sent. The email will also contain itemized descriptions of the deleted data.
   

• Deleting your Zoho Projects portal will not delete your Zoho account.
  
• Please download your backup within 90 days of receiving the email. You cannot retrieve or access the backup after this period.
