Enable Generative AI

1. Click in the upper-right corner to open the setup page.
   
2. Click Portal Configuration > Zia in the left navigation panel.
   
3. Toggle the Enable ChatGPT option under Generative AI tab.
   
   
4. Click Proceed.
   
5. Enter your ChatGPT API key and click Save.
   
   

ChatGPT can be enabled in Zoho Projects only with a key from a paid Open AI account.

Accessing ChatGPT to Generate Content via Zia

1. Navigate to Projects list view and click on New Project. This is just an example. This can be accessed in any editor (comments, status etc).
   
2. Select a blank project.
   
3. Enter the title and then navigate to the Description box.
   
4. Click on Zia. This will open up multiple options as shown.
   
   
5. Click on Write a Description. Zia will automatically pick the project title. Users can modify the reference text here.
   Write a Summary: Summarizes the project based on the title.
   Create Action Items: Generate workable items for the project based on the title or any reference text entered.
   
   Prepare Action Plan: Generate a plan for implementing the project.
   Prepare Event Plan: Generate a plan for an event.
   Rephrase: Rephrase project title or any reference text.
   
6. Click Generate.
   
   
7. View the content generated by Zia based on the reference text.
   
   
8. Click Use Suggestion if the text is fine to use.
9. Click Regenerate to rephrase the text.
   
10. Click Tone to change the tone of the text using the options as shown.
    
    
11. Click Length to modify the length of the suggested text.
    
12. Click Use Suggestion once the text is suitable for use.
    

Users can enter any text or ask any question in the Zia text box, just like ChatGPT.

Generate Alternative Text Using Zia

1. Select a portion of text from a description or comment and click on Zia.
   
   
2. Click on Generate content to get content suggestion.
   
3. Click on Rephrase to get alternatives for the selected text.
   
4. Click Punctuate to add punctuation.
   
5. Click Shorten to reduce the length.
   
6. Click Substitute with one word to get a single word suggestion.
   
7. Click Ask Zia to generate content by providing a new reference text.
