Invitation Templates

Invitation Templates allow you to invite users with a customized subject and email content. These templates can be used when inviting both portal users and client users to your Zoho Projects portal.

Create Invitation Template 

To create Invitation Template,
  1. Click  in the top right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users > Invitation Templates.
  3. Click Add Invitation Template.
  4. Enter the Template Name. Check the Set as Default box if you wish to make it a default template for invitations.
  5. Select the User Type, enter the Subject and Content, and click Add.
The template will be listed in the Invitation Templates field when inviting users to the portal.
Users with Manage Users permission can create an invitation template.

Manage Invitation Template 

To manage invitation templates,
  1. Click  in the top right corner of the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Manage Users > Invitation Templates.
  3. Hover over the Invitation Template, click  and,
    1. Click Edit to update the invitation template.
    2. Click Clone to duplicate the invitation template.
    3. Click Delete to remove the invitation template permanently.
