Edit Task List

1. Navigate to your project and click Tasks in the top band.
   
2. Open the List or Gantt view and hover over a task list.
   
3. Click  to view options and select the Edit option.
   
4. To edit from the Kanban view, click next to the task list title and select the Edit option.
   
5. Modify the Task List name or Related Milestone, or update the Tags, then click Update.
   
1. Alternatively, right click on the task list and select Edit.
   

Manage Task List

1. Navigate to your project, click Tasks in the top band, and select the List or Gantt view.
   
2. Hover over a task list and click  . From here, you can: 
   
1. Click Open Details to view task list details in the same tab.
   
2. Click Open Details in New Tab to open task list details in a new tab.
   
3. Click Create Task List Above to add a new task list above the existing Task List.
   
4. Click Create Task List Below to add a new task list below the existing Task List.
   
5. Click Mark as Complete to change the task list to completed.
   
6. Click Make as Template to set the task list as a template.
   
7. Click Copy Link to copy the task list URL to the clipboard.
   
8. Click Follow to receive updates regarding the task list.
   
3. Alternatively, right click on the task list to view these options.
   

Add Comment

1. Navigate to your project, click Tasks in the top band and select the List/Gantt view.
   
2. Hover over a task list and click and click Open Details.
   
3. Click Comments from the detail page, enter your comment, attach a file if needed, and click Add Comment.

Move Task List

1. Navigate to your project, click Tasks in the top band and select the List/Gantt view.
   
2. Hover over a task list, click ,  and click Move.
3. If you want to move Task List to a different project, click  > Move.
4. Select the Project and choose Milestone, then click Move.
   
1. Alternatively, right click on the task list and select Move.
   

Reorder Task List

Associate Blueprint to a Task List

1. Hover over a task list name, click , and select Associate Blueprint.
   
2. Select the blueprint you want to apply.
   
3. Click Next.
   
4. Map the current task status to the status available in the blueprint.
   
1. The tasks associated with the current status will change as per the blueprint.
   
5. Click Map.  

Dissociate Blueprint

1. Hover over a task list name, click , and select Dissociate Blueprint.
   
2. You can also open a task list detail page, then click in the top-right corner.
   
3. Select Dissociate Blueprint.
   
4. Click Dissociate. The blueprint is no longer associated to the tasks belonging to the task list.

View Task list in Chart View

1. Navigate to your project and click Tasks in the top band and select the List/Gantt view.
   
2. Hover over a task list and click and click Open Details.
   
3. Click Chart View from the details page.
    

Customize Task List Display

1. Navigate to your project, click Tasks in the top band, and select the List or Gantt view.
   
2. Click the Group by drop-down and choose Milestones / Task List.
   
1. In List / Gantt view: Click  to collapse the Task List and click  to expand.
   
2. In Kanban view: Click  to collapse the Task List and click  to expand.
   

Trash Task Lists

1. Click Phases in the left navigation panel or Click Projects > Phases in the top band.
   
2. Select the Task Lists and click Trash.
   
3. Confirm your action.
   
4. Trashed task lists will be moved to the Recycle Bin and can be restored within 60 days.
