Schedule Export of all Projects 

1. Go to Timesheets on the left navigation pane.
   
2. Click  on the right.
   
3. Select Export Time Logs.
   
4. Fill in the details for the export in the Export form.
   
5. Choose the format for the export. Check the boxes for Export with file information and/ or Export All Projects Time Log(s) in Single Sheet as per your requirement.
   
6. Choose the Project Category.
   
7. Enter the Date Range for the time log.
   
1. Last: Lets you choose the last number of days or weeks or months or years from where you need to export the time log.
   
2. Current: Lets you export the Time logs for the current day, week, month, or year.
   
3. Custom: Lets you export Time logs From a specific date To a specific date.
   
8. Enter the Count and Period, i.e, Day(s)/ Week(s)/ Year(s)
   
9. Add or Create Filter Criteria
   
10. Under Select Columns, choose the fields for which data is to be exported. Click Move All to select all the fields. All the fields will be moved to the Selected category. To move fields individually, hover over a field and click  in the Available category to move it to Selected. Click  in the Selected category to move the field back to the Available category.
    
11. Toggle the Schedule Export option to schedule the export.
    
12. Enter a Schedule Name.
    
13. Select a Schedule Date.
    
14. Choose the repeat type; Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
    
15. Click Schedule.
    

Schedule Export of a Specific Project 

1. Click on the project from the project list view or from the Recent Projects section in the left panel.
   
2. Click Timesheet in the top band. 
   
3. Click on  and select Export Time Logs. The Export Time Log form will appear.
   
4. Fill in the details for the export.
   
5. Choose the format for the export. Check the boxes for Export with file information and/ or Export All Projects Time Log(s) in Single Sheet as per your requirement.
   
6. Choose the Project Category.
   
7. Enter the Date Range for the time log.

10. Under Select Columns, choose the fields for which data is to be exported. Click Move All to select all the fields. All the fields will be moved to the Selected category. To move fields individually, hover over a field and click  in the Available category to move it to Selected. Click  in the Selected category to move the field back to the Available category.
    
11. Toggle the Schedule Export option to schedule the export.
    
12. Enter a Schedule Name.
    
13. Select a Schedule Date.
    
14. Choose the repeat type; Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
    
15. Click Schedule. 

Manage Export  Schedule

Edit 

1. Go to the Timesheets Tab. 
   
2. Click 
   
3. Select Export Time Logs. 
   
4. Go to the Manage Schedule button on the top right of the Export Time Logs form.
   
5. Hover over the time log and click .
   
6. Click Edit.
   

Delete 

1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item and click .
   
2. Select Delete.
   
3. Check the dialogue box and click Delete.
   

Run 

1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item and click .
   
2. Click RunNow.
   

Clone 

1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item you wish to clone and click .
   
2. Select Clone.
   
3. The Export Form will appear. Make necessary changes and click Export.
   

View Schedule Export History of all Projects

1. Go to the Timesheets Tab. 
   
2. Click  
   
3. Select Export Time Logs.
   
4. Go to Show Export History in the right top corner of the Export form.
   

View Schedule Export History of Specific Projects

1. Go to the Project. 
   
2. Click  
   
3. Select Export Time Logs. 
   
4. Go to Show Export History in the right top corner of the Export form.
   

Find Schedule Export  

1. Go to Settings using  on the top right.
   
2. Select Schedule Export on the left pane, under Notifications. On the Schedule Export Page, click  and set your filter as per Schedule Name, Status, Projects, Last Day Run Status, Last Day Run Time, Next Run Time, and Added By.
   
3. Choose Any of these or All of these options for the search.
   
4. Click Find.
   

Update Schedule Export Status 

1. Go to the Timesheets Tab. 
   
2. Click  
   
3. Select Export Time Logs. 
   
4. Go to the Manage Schedule button on the top right of the Export Time Logs form.
   
5. Toggle the specific export item's status off/on.
