Client User Details Page

Client users are added to a portal or projects to keep them updated on project's progress and needs. Their user profiles are associated to respective projects and their finance and timeline information are recorded while adding them to the portal or project. These Details are recorded and can be edited on the Client User Details Page. The information is sectioned into: Fields, Associated Projects, and Audit Log tabs. These tabs display categorised user information which can be viewed and updated by admins, manager or users with authorised permission.
Fields: This tab shows all default and custom user fields.
Associated Projects: The projects that the user is associated to is reflected on this tab of the details page.
Audit Log: This tab shows all the actions performed on the user by admin or manager. For example when a user role is updated, or rate per hour is revised by their manager, it reflects on this tab with the updated details.

Access Client User Details from List View       

  1. Navigate to Users > Client Users.
  2. Hover over the user and click  , or click  and select View Details.

Access Client User Details from Grid View       

  1. Navigate to Users in left navigation pane, and select Portal Users.
  2. Hover over the user, click  and select View Details.

Edit Client User from Details Page  

  1. Navigate to Users > Client users.
  2. Hover over a user and click  .
  3. On the Details Page, go to Fields tab and click on respective fields to edit them. The Associated Projects tab can also be edited as per user permissions.
  4. Make the necessary changes and click Update.

Re-invite Client User  from Details Page

  1. Navigate to Users > Client users.
  2. Hover over a user and click  .
  3. On the Details Page, click  on top right and select Re-invite. The re-invitation mail will be sent to the user.

Deactivate Client User  from Details page

  1. Navigate to Users > Client Users.
  2. Hover over a user and click .
  3. On the Details Page, click  on top right and select Deactivate. 
  4. Select the checkbox to notify the user and click Deactivate

Delete Client User from Details Page  

  1. Navigate to Users > Client Users.
  2. Hover over a user and click .
  3. On the details page, click  on the top right and select Delete.
  4. Confirm your action and click Delete.
