Access Documents

Click the hamburger icon at the top-left corner.
Select Projects.
Choose a project and select Documents.

Add New Documents

Click at the bottom-right corner.
In the Select file field, choose the required file source and then select a file.
Click the icon at the top-right corner to save the file.

Switch View

Click the thumbnail icon

or list view icon

to switch the view.

Group and Sort

Click the sort icon .
Select the Group by and Sort by criteria.
Click OK.

View and Manage documents

Click on a document to view it in detail. The document will be opened in Zoho WorkDrive. You can make changes to the document and save it, which will reflect in Zoho Projects as well. You can also choose to place the new document in a different folder.
