Issues listing page
- Go to the Projects module.
- Select a project.
- Click on Issues.
All issues of the chosen project will be listed here. From here, you can perform the actions described below.
Add issues
Click the

icon at the bottom-right corner to add new issues to the project.
Group and sort tasks
- Click the sort icon
at the top.
- Select a group by criteria.
- Select a sort criteria.
Now, the issues will be grouped and sorted within the group based on the criteria.
View issues
You can view the issues in the List, or Kanban view.
- Click the
icon at the top-right corner.
- Choose a view.
Search issues
Click the

icon at the top to carry out a search for an issue. The relevant search results will be fetched.
Filter issues
This filter option allows you to temporarily filter issues according to a specific criteria. For example, it allows you to view only issues that are assigned to a specific owner.
- Click the
icon in the Issues listing page.
- Choose the filter criteria.
- Click Apply.
Issue details view
You can view the issue details when you click and open a particular issue. The following issue details will be covered in the details view.
Business card view of Issue
The below details will be covered in business card view:
- Creation time
- Status
- Severity
- Due date
The fields displayed in the business card view can't be customized.
Edit Issue
- Click the edit icon
at the top.
- Update the necessary fields.
- Click the
icon to save the changes.
Add Followers
Receive immediate notifications about the issues by following them.
- Select the issue that you want to follow.
- Click the
icon at the top-right corner.
- Select Add Followers.
- Choose the followers.
- Click OK.
You can repeat the same steps to Unfollow the issues.
Delete Issue
Delete the issues that you do not need any longer.
- Select the issue that you want to delete.
- Click the
icon at the top-right corner.
- Click Delete.
Share URL/ Copy URL
You can share and copy the URL of the issue using this option.
- Select the issue that you want to share or copy the URL.
- Click the
icon at the top-right corner.
- Click Share URL/ Copy URL.
Other actions
You can perform the below add actions within the Issue details view.
- Attachments
- Resolution
- Comments
- Log hours
