Projects - Introduction

All projects in the portal will be listed in this module. Click the project name to have a detailed look at each project.

Project views

List view
Thumbnail view

Switch view

Click the hamburger icon at the top-left corner.
Select Projects.
Click the at the top-right corner.
Switch to List or Thumbnail view.

Reload projects

When you reload your projects, all the projects from the desktop site will be downloaded afresh to the mobile app. Before you carry out this option, ensure all your data that you have added on the mobile app is synced with the desktop site.

Click the hamburger icon at the top-left corner.
Select Projects.
Click the at the top-right corner.
Select Reload projects.

Group & Sort

Grouping takes precedence over sorting. You can group the projects based on a criteria and sort them within the group using this grouping & sorting feature.

For example, you can group the projects based on the owner and sort the projects based on created time within the group.

Search

You can carry out a search for projects by clicking the

at the top, and all the relevant search results will show up.

Project Details

Business card view of the Project

You can view the following project information from the business card view:

Prefix
Name
Tags added
Status

This information is system-defined and cannot be customized.

Click

to know more about the project such as Tasks, Issues, and Phase percentage completion, project owner, project completion percentage, start date, and much more.

Pin Project

When you pin the project, the project will be added as a widget on the home screen of the mobile for easy access.

Go to the Projects module.
Select the respective project.
Click the pin icon at the top.

Now, the respective project will be added as a widget on the home screen.

Edit Project

Go to the Projects module.
Select the respective project.
Click the icon at the top.
Update the project information.
Click the icon.

Now, all the updates made will be saved in the project.

Delete Project

Go to the Projects module.
Select the respective project.
Click the icon at the top-right corner.
Select Delete.

Archive Project

Go to the Projects module.
Select the respective project.
Click the icon at the top-right corner.
Select Move To Archive.

Unarchive Project

Go to the Projects module.
Switch to the Archived projects view.
Choose the respective project.
Click the icon at the top-right corner.
Select Move To Active.

Share URL/ Copy URL

Go to the Projects module.
Select the respective project.
Click the icon at the top-right corner.
Select Share URL or Copy URL.
