Tasks listing page 

Add task

Click the   icon at the bottom-right corner to add new tasks to the project.

 Group and sort tasks  

1. Click the sort icon  at the top.
   
2. Select a group by criteria.
   
3. Select a sort criteria.
   
4. Click OK.
   

View Tasks 

1. Click the more icon at the top-right corner.
2. Choose a view.
   

Search Tasks  

Click the icon at the top to carry out a search for a task. All the relevant search results will be fetched.

Filter Tasks  

1. Click the icon in the Tasks listing page.
   
2. Choose the filter criteria.
   
3. Click Apply.

Change Task status 

Click the check-box available beside each task in the task listing screen to change the task status.

Task details view 

Business card view of Task  

1. Name
   
2. Prefix
   
3. Tags
   
4. Owner
   
5. Status
   
6. Due date
   
7. Priority
   

Edit Task  

1. Click the icon at the top.
   
2. Update the necessary fields.
   
3. Click the icon to save the changes.

Follow  

1. Select the task that you want to follow.
   
2. Click the icon at the top-right corner.
   
3. Select Follow.
   

Move Task  

1. Select the task that you want to follow.
   
2. Click the more icon  at the top-right corner.
3. Select Move Task.

Delete   

1. Select the task that you want to follow.
   
2. Click the more icon at the top-right corner.
   
3. Select Delete.

Share URL/ Copy URL 

1. Select the task that you want to share or copy the URL.
   
2. Click the icon at the top-right corner.
   
3. Click Share URL or Copy URL.

Subtasks   

1. Click the icon beside Subtasks, to create a new subtask.
   
2. Enter the subtask information.
   
3. Add attachments, if needed, by clicking the attachments icon.
   
4. Click Save.
   

You can update the status of the subtask by clicking the check-box beside the subtask name.

Comments  

1. Click beside Comments to add new comments.
   
2. Enter your comments.
   
3. Add attachments, if needed, by clicking the attachments icon.
   
4. Click the icon to save the comment.

Log hours   

1. Click beside Log hours, to add new log hours.
   
2. Enter the log information.
   
3. Click at the top-right corner to save it. 

Documents 

1. Click beside Documents to add new documents.
   
2. Choose the attachment type: Photos, Camera, Documents, or Scribble.
   
3. Choose the required file.
   
4. Click Done.

Dependency 

1. Click the icon beside Dependency.
   
2. Choose a task.
   
3. Select a view type.
   
4. Choose a dependency.
   
5. Add lag time (if required).
   
6. Click the tick mark at the top-right corner.

If there is an existing dependency, you can view it from this section. You can also delete it by clicking the icon, if needed.
