Settings

 Access Settings

  1. Click the hamburger icon  at the top-left corner.
  2. Select Settings in the module listing menu.


 

User Details  

In the Settings page, you can find the User details first. Tap the details to edit the user image. When the user image is edited or updated from this page, the same change gets reflected on all the Zoho Accounts as well.
 
You can view the Name, Email, and Last signed in details from this user details page. You can also sign out of the app by clicking the icon at the top-right corner.
 

 

Choose Portal  

When you are a part of multiple portals, you'll need to switch between them to view the projects under each portal. Your current portal will be displayed. Tap on your current portal name to view the list of other portals you are a part of, then choose a portal.
 

 

App Settings  

Push Notification 

Receive push notifications of Zoho Projects on your mobile device by enabling this push notification option.  Make sure to enable Push Notifications within the Privacy & Security settings.
 

 
Push notification will be triggered only in Premium and Enterprise editions of Zoho Projects.

Font  

Choose an app-specific font based on your requirement from the list of available fonts.
 

 

Language  

Choose an app-specific language within the app settings irrespective of the language opted in the mobile device using this setting. This change in language in the mobile app will not affect the language chosen on the web app.


 

Time Zone  

If you work for an organisation that is located in a different time zone than you, you can adjust the time zone on the mobile app so that all of the due dates are displayed in accordance with your own time zone.
 

 

Daily agenda of your Tasks/ Issues  

Receive your daily agenda of your tasks and issues everyday as a notification to your mobile by enabling this option. You can also set a time at which you should receive the notification as well.
 

 

Compact view for Tasks 

Enabling this compact view allows users to view only the task name and its status. When this compact view is turned off, you can view the task prefix, task name, status, task list and its due date right from the tasks or issues list view page.

Compact view for Issues  

Enabling this compact view allows users to view only the issue name and its status. When this compact view is turned off, you can view the issue prefix, issue name, status, and its due date right from the issues list view page.
 

 

Choose theme  

You can choose a theme according to your preferences using this option. The themes available are Light, Dark, or System. When you choose System, the theme set on your mobile will be adapted on the mobile app too.
 

 

Zia settings  

You can choose to access Zia via Voice or Chat by selecting it from here.
 

 
Zia is available only for Premium and Enterprise edition users.

Widgets   

Add widgets to your home screen  

Select a widget from this widget list and add it to your home screen to access it with ease.
 

 

Privacy & Security  

  1. Click the hamburger icon  at the top-left corner.
  2. Select Settings in the module listing menu.
  3. Scroll down and select Privacy & Security.

App lock  

Add an extra layer of security to your data with this App lock option.

Send to Zoho Projects

Help Zoho Projects improve its user experience with respect to the mobile app by sending the below details.
  1. Send Diagnostics and Usage Statistics
  2. Crash Reports
  3. Enable Send anonymously if you do not want to disclose your details to Zoho Projects.

Push notification  

Enable this option to receive notifications of Zoho Projects on your mobile device.

Show location for photos  

Geo location of the photo will be displayed when location information is available for the photo.

Upload image with restricted info  

Image uploaded will be compressed, and the properties such as location info, image attributes, etc will not be uploaded to the server.

Upload geo tag info to images 

Enable this option if you want to add a Geo tag to the images uploaded to Zoho Projects.

Reset user images  

Existing user image will be removed when you carry out this option.
 

 

Reset app

Carrying out this option will reset the user preferences and delete data in the mobile app that is yet to be synced with the Zoho Projects server.
