Access Documents

Select Projects from the bottom menu.
Click on a project.
Select Documents.

All the documents of this project will be listed in this section.

Add new Documents

Click the icon at the top-right.
Select a file.
Click Save.

Switch View

Documents can be viewed either in List view or Thumbnail view.

Click at the top.
Select List view or Thumbnail view.

Group and Sort

This action first groups the documents and then sorts them within the group.

Click the icon.
Select the Group By and Sort By criteria.

Search Documents

Carry out a search for the documents using the

icon at the top.

More actions

Download documents

Click the icon beside the document.
Select Download.

Upload new version

Click the icon beside the document.
Select Upload new version.

Create. Review. Publish.
