Introduction to Projects
You can view all projects within the a selected portal from the Projects module in the mobile app. Grouped projects will be listed first, and ungrouped projects will follow.
View Projects
View your active projects or archived projects by selecting the project view at the top.
- Tap on the Active Projects under View.
- Select a view.
Add Project
- Click the
icon at the top.
- Select the required project layout.
- Enter the project information.
- Click Save.
Search Projects
Users can quickly find the project they need to work on. Click the 
icon at the top to search for a project from the list.
More actions
List view and Thumbnail view
Customize the view to your preference by selecting either List view or Thumbnail view.
- Click the
at the top in the Projects module.
- Select List view or Thumbnail view.
Sort Projects
Customize the list view by grouping and sorting projects based on your requirement. Grouping will take precedence over sorting. First, the projects will be grouped based on the selection; then, they'll be sorted within the group as per the selected criteria.
- Click the
icon at the top in the Projects module.
- Select Sort.
- Select Group By and Sort By criteria.
For instance, if you would like projects to be grouped based on who owns each one, you can choose the Group By criteria as Owner. If you would like to sort the projects within the group alphabetically, you can set the Sort By criteria as Alphabetical order.
Reload Projects
Reloading projects will fetch all the projects from the web app and sync them to the mobile app. Be sure to sync any unsynced projects from the mobile app before carrying out this option, otherwise this data may be lost.
- Go to the Projects module.
- Click
at the top.
- Select Reload projects.
Filters
View projects based on your current requirement by using the Filter option. For instance, you can view all the projects that are in Delayed status using this option.
- Go to the Projects module.
- Click the filter
icon.
- Select the filter criteria.
- Click Apply.
Working with Projects
- View the project details by clicking on the respective project.
- Archive a project by clicking the
button at the top.
- Update the details of an existing project from the mobile app by clicking the
icon.
- Delete a project by clicking the
icon. Note that this moves your project to Trash, and it can't be recovered after 30 days.
On opening a project in the mobile app, details of the project will be displayed in the card view. The card view contains:
- Project name
- Description about the project
- Tags
- Project type
Details shown in the card view aren't customizable.
The number of tasks, issues, and milestones will be displayed in the project details page. Extensions installed will also be available in the project details page.
