Issues listing page

Access Issues

To view issues for the current project:

Go to the Projects module.
Select a project.
Click on Issues.

Add Issues

Click the

icon at the top-right corner to add new issues to the project.

Group and Sort Issues

Click the icon at the top.
Select Sort.
Select Group by and Sort by criteria.

View Issues

You can view the issues in the List or Kanban view.

Click the icon at the top.
Choose Kanban view or List view.

Search Issues

Click the

icon at the top to carry out a search for an issue.

Filter Issues

Filter issues based on specific criteria. For example, you can choose to view only the issues that are assigned to a specific owner.

Click the icon in the Issues listing page.
Choose the filter criteria.
Click Apply.

Issue details view

You can view the issue details when you click and open a particular issue. Below are the issue details that will be covered in the details view.

Business card view of Issue

The below details will be covered in the business card view:

Issue creation time
Issue status
Severity
Due date

This business card view cannot be customized.

Edit Issue

Open an issue.
Click the icon at the top.
Update the necessary fields.
Click Save at the top-right corner.

Delete Issue

Delete the issues that you no longer need.

Select the issue that you want to delete.
Click the icon at the top- right corner.
Click Delete.

Copy URL

You can copy the URL of the issue using this option.

Select the issue for which you want to copy the URL.
Click the icon at the top-right corner.
Click Copy URL.

Other actions

You can perform the below add actions or view the existing details within the Issue details view.
