Phases listing page 

Access Phases

1. Go to the Projects module.
   
2. Choose a specific project.
   
3. Tap Phases.
   

 

Add Phase

1. Click the icon at the top-right corner.
   
2. Enter the required information.
   
3. Click Save.  
   

 

Search Phases

Click the icon at the top to find a specific phase across all projects.

Group and Sort  

1. Click the icon at the top-right.
   
2. Select a Group by criteria.
   
3. Select a Sort criteria.

View by  

1. Tap the current view under View by.
   
2. Choose the desired view.

Filters  

1. Go to the phase listing screen.
   
2. Click the filter icon .
   
3. Choose the desired filter option.
   
4. Click Apply. 

Phase details page   

Business card view of Phase 

1. Phase name
   
2. Start date of the phase
   
3. Tags 
   
4. End date of the phase 

Edit Phase   

1. Click the edit icon  at the top-right.
   
2. Update the phase details.
   
3. Click Save at the top-right corner.

Delete Phase   

1. Open the phase.
   
2. Click .
   
3. Click Yes to confirm your action. 

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Copy URL   

1. Open the phase.
   
2. Click at the top to copy the URL.

Other actions 

You can add task lists, tasks, and issues from the phase details view. You can also update the task status from the phase details page by clicking the checkbox beside the task name.
