This page covers how to set up your organization in Zoho QEngine when accessing it for the first time.
Create an organization
When a Zoho QEngine account is accessed for the first time, you are required to enter details including:
- Organization name - Each Zoho QEngine account owner can create one organization. However, access to multiple shared organizations is possible when a different user shares their project.
Note: If a user receives a shared organization before they create their own, the creation of a new organization is kept restricted for that user's account.- Portal name - The portal name is auto-populated based on the organization name, which can be edited as required. The portal name is used as the path or subdirectory in the URL. For example, if a portal name is specified as "testing," the URL to a project becomes https://qengine.zoho.com/testing/projects
- Phone number - Your phone number is safe with us.
- Time zone - The selected time zone will be applied to all date and time mentions in your account.
- Date format - The selected date format will be applied to all date and time mentions in your account.
After entering your details, click Create Account.
