In a nutshell
Zoho QEngine integrates with Jira, an issue-tracking and project management tool, to let you report bugs from test case executions, link executions to existing Jira issues, and track their status directly from Zoho QEngine. This integration helps teams keep testing and bug tracking connected across both platforms.
Availability
To streamline testing workflows, Zoho QEngine provides integrations with various external services. One such integration is with <Jira>, allowing users to create a new bug in Jira from a test case execution, or link the execution to an existing Jira issue. This integration is especially useful for organizations where development teams use Jira to track and manage bugs. Developers then track and manage reported bugs in Jira, while anyone on the team can view their status directly from the corresponding test case execution in Zoho QEngine.
How Zoho QEngine and Jira work together
Test case management and execution remain in Zoho QEngine, while Jira is used to track and manage bugs.
This allows testing teams to focus on test execution and bug reporting in Zoho QEngine, while development teams can manage reported bugs in Jira. This keeps testing and development progress visible on each team's own platform without added overhead.
