Public Forms

Public forms are online forms that allow organizations to collect responses from anyone around the web. Public forms can be used to create surveys, post questionnaires and polls, or gather feedback from clients, vendors, and external users.

Each public form has a unique public URL which can be shared with anyone who can fill out and submit responses to the form. The form responses will be collected as cards in your orchestration which can later be processed from Qntrl.
