How to reopen a completed card?
To reopen a completed card, you can edit the blueprint in the respective Orchestration where you can add a new transition from the current stage to any of the previous or starting stages, and then publish the orchestration once again to save the new changes in that blueprint. This will help you divert the card in the workflow.
