What is Orchestration?

Orchestration allows organizations to automate their end-to-end workflows in one go. With orchestration, you can create forms to record user responses, design and validate blueprints that automate the organization’s processes, and control which users can access each orchestration.

Orchestration helps different teams in your organization to automate their workflows. Here are a few business scenarios for you.
 

Marketing

Simplify the process of capturing leads through forms, process marketing campaigns from plan to execution by creating flexible workflows (blueprints), review and approve of campaigns and marketing releases, and finalize designs before deadlines.
 

HR

Increase efficiency of the HR department by designing detailed workflows (blueprints) to screen applicants, interview candidates, and keep track of the onboarding process for new hires. Create forms to perform appraisals periodically, and ensure you update leave records on time. Keep your employees informed of any updates to HR policies and regulations dynamically.
 

Manufacturing

Move offline process online. Process client requirements through forms, automate routine tasks and activities using flexible workflows, and respond faster to client requirements, product approvals, and maintenance issues based on the priorities set. Assign tasks to the right team, manage multiple operations at a time, and keep both clients and internal teams informed.
 

Finance 

Automate the process of recording and organizing financial records like purchases, payments, and sales in the organization. Assign ownership and defined responsibilities to ensure accountability for each financial activity to avoid errors. Get approval to file taxes by setting priorities and deadlines.
 

Administration

Simplify repeated admin activities by creating records, managing meetings, and assigning tasks to the right team. Keep employees accountable and notify them using email templates once the deadline is met. Respond faster to queries, grievances, and vendors using forms and keeping track of all activities with detailed workflows. Sync activities at the organization level, and keep employees informed of any changes to policies and regulations.

How to create an Orchestration 

  1. Navigate to  at the top-right corner of the screen and select Orchestration from the menu.
  2. Click on the  New Orchestration button.
  3. Enter the following details in the pop-up:
    1. Orchestration Name: Enter a name for the workflow you are orchestrating.
    2. Description: Enter the details of the orchestration.     
  4. Click Save.



You will now be navigated to the first step in configuring the orchestration.
