White Label allows organizations to completely rebrand Qntrl to reflect their organization’s brand identity. This includes changing the organization details like name and URL, personalising the visual entities like logo and favicon, and customizing the product’s domain, email domain, and support email addresses to reflect the organization’s brand.

Basic Customization Options
Update Organization Name
Replacing Qntrl with your organization's name helps market your product as well as build your brand identity. To update the organization name:

Navigate to

Organization Name
in the left panel under
Basic Customization Options.

Click
in the text box and update the organization name.

Click
Add
at the end of the text box.

Confirm your action.
The organization name cannot contain special characters. A name should contain a mix of numbers and alphabets.
Updating the organization name does not change the organization URL.
Update Organization URL
The initial name with which the organization is created will be appended to Qntrl's URL as the organization URL. However, you can choose to change the organization URL altogether or maintain the same organization name and URL too. To change the URL:

Type the new URL in the text box and click
Update.

Confirm your action.
Updating the organization URL does not change the organization name.
Once the URL is updated, your Qntrl account will be redirected to the new URL. The old URL will no longer work.
Customize Email Domain
Notifications from Qntrl are usually sent from a default email address. However, you can customize this email address to send personalized notifications from your organization.

Navigate to
and select

Select
Email Domain
in the left panel under
Basic Customization Options.

Log in to your DNS manager and add the generated host name and value to the TXT record.

These values must be available in the TXT record as long as you use Qntrl.

After configuring your DNS, click the Verify Domain button in
Customize Email Domain.

A verification code will be sent to your email address.
-
Enter the code in the
Verification Code box
and click
Verify Email.
-
If you don't receive the code, click
Resend Verification Code.
Once your domain and email address is verified, all Qntrl notifications will be sent from the customized email address.

Public domain email addresses are not allowed.
-
If the email domain verification fails, check the TXT record of your DNS manager for misconfiguration of host name and value.
Update logo, favicon, and theme
You can personalize the design aspects of the product like logo, favicon, and theme to fit your organization's design model.

Navigate to
and select

Select
Logo/Themes
in the left panel under
Basic Customization Options.

To update the logo:
-
Hover over the existing logo and click .

Choose the new logo from your computer. The logo must be an image file of no more than 3 MB.

Crop the image to fit the size and click
Save.

Click
Upload.

To update the favicon:

Hover over the existing favicon and click
.

Choose the new favicon from your computer. The favicon must be an image in ICO format.

To update the theme, choose a theme from the list of themes displayed.
Updates made here will not reflect in public forms, email templates, marketplace, and my organizations.
Advanced Options (Paid)
Product Name
White Labeling the product name allows you to completely rebrand Qntrl to reflect your organization’s brand identity. Any instance of Qntrl will be removed from the product to be white labelled with the updated product name.
To white label the product name with your brand name:

Navigate to

White Labeling
under
Organization.

Select
Product Name
in the left panel under
Advanced Options.

Type the product name to be updated in the text box and click
Update.
Custom Domain
Organizations can change the domain of 'qntrl.com' to their own custom domain using this section. For example, if your organization is called Zylker and you already own the domain 'zylker.com', you can map this domain to Qntrl's domain and allow users to access Qntrl from Zylker's domain.
To update the domain,

Navigate to
and select
White Labeling
under
Organization.

Select
Custom Domain
in the left panel under
Advanced Options.

Type the custom domain name to be updated in the text box and click
Add.

To verify the domain:
-
Configure CNAME in your domain provider's admin console. If you are not using your custom domain, create a subdomain.

Map the CNAME with Qntrl Domain and verify the domain. For COM, core.cs.qntrlhost.com. For EU, core.cs.qntrlhost.eu. For IN, core.cs.qntrlhost.in.

If your domain is already set up with SSL certificate, the mapping will be successful. Otherwise, you will have to purchase the SSL certificate and try again. You will be notified via email if you haven't purchased the SSL certificate.

Enter the
Host Name
and
Host Value.

Click
Update.
Once the setup is successful, you can access Qntrl from the newly configured domain.
Support Email Address
You can choose to update the product's support email address from
support@qntrl.com
to your organization's customized email address. This encourages your users to email your organization's support team first rather than reaching out to Qntrl's support team.
To update the support email address:

Navigate to
and select
White Labeling
under
Organization.

Select
Support Email
in the left panel under
Advanced Options.

Enter the support email address to be updated in the text box and click
Add.

A verification email will be triggered to the entered email address.
-
Enter the verification code and click
Verify code.

If you did not receive the verification code, try generating the code again by clicking
Resend verification code.
Once the verification is done, the support email address will be updated.
Enable/Disable integrated Apps
Qntrl supports integrations with certain integrated applications that you can choose to retain or disable. These integrated applications will be loaded only in the background and will not be visible anywhere.
Since these modules are connected with Zoho Marketplace and Drupal, you can enable or disable them to white label the product. Once disabled, these modules will disappear from settings (
) for all users in your organization.
b. Zoho Cliq and Zoho Notebook
Since Zoho Cliq and Zoho Notebook are Zoho's products rendered in Qntrl, you can enable or disable them to White Label the product. Once disabled, the bottom panel of the product will disappear for all users in your organization.
c. Help
A one-line description is displayed in all modules along with a 'Learn more' link. Since this link redirects to Qntrl's KB, you can enable or disable them to white label the product. Once disabled, the one-liner note will disappear from all modules.
