Zoho Recruit | OFCCP Compliance

OFCCP Compliance

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is part of the U.S. Department of Labor. OFCCP is responsible for ensuring that employers doing business with the Federal government comply with the laws and regulations requiring nondiscrimination.  Zoho Recruit helps you to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEOC) & OFCCP compliant.

To enable OFCCP:

  1. Go to Settings > Compliance > OFCCP.
  2. Toggle the button to enable OFCCP.

NotesNote: Enabling/disabling OFCCP will also enable/disable EEO compliance.

 Retention period:

The admins have the option to choose the retention period. Based on the choice, records will be retained in the system for a period of one or two years. In case of an OFCCP audit, admin users can retrieve the necessary information by checking the activity logs and audit logs and also the compliance reports in the Reports module for relevant information.

Disability and Veteran Posters:

Users can choose to display the disability and veteran posters in the job applications. Since Zoho Recruit is OFCCP compliant, we make sure that we reach out to, hire and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities and also for veterans.

Search Log:

In order to comply with the OFCCP, Zoho Recruit will maintain a log of all your search terms and criteria that leads to a job association. In case of an OFCCP audit, admin users can retrieve the necessary information by checking the activity logs and audit logs and also the compliance reports in the Reports module for relevant information.

Applicant Flow Log:

The OFCCP compliance requires that the progress of a candidate be tracked in every stage of the hiring process. You have to be sure to show the OFCCP that you are looking at key qualifications against your standards, and that you are considering every candidate. The applicant flow log data can be viewed by admins in the reports module.
