Cooling-off Period
A "
Cooling-Off" period is the time during which a candidate is disallowed from applying for a job involving an entity (a company or an individual recruiter).

To set-up a cooling-off period, go to
Setup >
Customization >
Modules >
Candidates >
Cooling- Off Period and enable the toggle button.
You can enter the number of days that prevent a candidate from applying or being referred to a job opening.
Note:
- The Cooling-Off Period is applicable only for the Vendor Portal and Employee Referral features.
- A candidate can be referred to multiple jobs only if the Cooling-off Period has expired.
- The Cooling-off Period's calculation depends on the Last Referred Time*
*Last Referred Time is the time (and date) when the candidate was last associated to a job through any sourcing method.
