Field-level customization allows you to create and organize fields in Zoho Recruit to meet your recruitment requirements. Zoho Recruit has some standard, default fields and allows users to add more industry-specific fields. Some of these fields are common to all modules and are displayed in each module, but you can also have custom fields which are specific to each module.

You can also create fields that can populate dynamically calculated data based on the values returned from other standard or custom fields.
