Embed Calendar Bookings on your website

Embed options for Wordpress

To embed in Wordpress

  1. Login to Zoho Recruit with administrative privileges.
  2. Go to the Calendar.
  3. Click Options and choose Calendar booking from the drop-down list.
  4. In the Manage Calendar Booking page, click More > Embed against the booking you want to embed in a webpage.
  5. Choose Button/Link.
  6. In the embed code section, click Copy code.
  7. Sign into Wordpress. In the Admin area, navigate to the Appearance section (1) and select Editor (2).
  8. Select Theme Footer (3) under Templates.
  9. Paste your embed code directly above </body> .
  10. Click Update File.

  11. Wordpress also supports hyperlinks in text, which can be added to the body of any page on your site.
  12. Sign into Wordpress and open the page where you'll add your hyperlink.
  13. Type your text into the body of the page, select the text then click the Link(1) button.


  14. Paste your Calendar Booking URL and click the Settings (2) icon.
    Insert/edit link window opens.
  15. Enable Open link in new tab checkbox and click Update.

    To embed in Wix

    1. Login to Zoho Recruit with administrative privileges.
    2. Go to the Calendar.
    3. Click Options and choose Calendar booking from the drop-down list.
    4. In the Manage Calendar Booking page, click More > Copy Link against the booking you want to embed in a webpage.
    5. Open your Wix site and click the Add button > More > Embed a Site.

    6. Click 
    7. Enter your Calender booking URL and click Apply. You can also adjust the width and height of the iframe.


    8. Click Publish.
