Managing Google Meet Calendar Sync Settings
The sync settings let you control how Zoho Recruit Calendar connects with Google Calendar. Here’s what each option does:

- Two-Way Sync
Both calendars stay updated with each other. If you add, edit, or delete an event in one, the same change happens in the other.
- One-Way: Zoho Recruit → Google Calendar
Events from Zoho Recruit will show up in Google Calendar, but not the other way around. Any changes made in Google Calendar won’t appear in Zoho Recruit.
- One-Way: Google Calendar → Zoho Recruit
Events from Google Calendar will sync to Zoho Recruit, but changes in Zoho Recruit won’t update Google Calendar.
Disable Google Meet
- Navigate to Setup > Calendar Settings, then click Manage Office-365 Calendar Sync.
- Click Deactivate
Important Note:
After enabling Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, users must refresh the page before scheduling the interview.
Only one integration (Microsoft Teams or Google Meet) can be active at a time.
