Activity Log
This feature allows you to view a list of the actions performed by users in Zoho Recruit. You can sort the actions based on the user who performed it and the date it was performed.
Entries in the Activity Log will be deleted after 90 days.
The Activity Log feature captures the following actions performed in the modules:

View Activity Log
To view the activity log
- Go to Setup > Data Administration > Activity Log.
- In the Activity Log page, do the following:
- Select a User from the drop-down list.
- Select an option from the Created On drop-down list.
- Select an action from the Activity Type drop-down list.
- You can now view the actions performed on the record(s) by the selected user during the selected time period.
Export Activity Log
You can export the activity log entries in CSV, Spreadsheet or PDF format.
To export activity log entries;
- Log in to Zoho Recruit with Administrator privileges.
- Go to Setup > Data Administration > Activity Log.
- In the Activity Log page, click the Export drop-down on the top-right corner.
- You can choose one from the following options;
- Export to Excel
- Export to CSV
- Export to PDF
