Note Action
Notes provide a space to make a record of information or comments related to a particular record. Zoho Recruit's Note Action feature automatically adds the comments you provide while performing an action (associating a candidate with a job opening, submitting interview feedback, etc.) to the notes section of the records involved in the process with the action name as the note title.
The records related to the action, for example, if you're associating a candidate with a job opening, the job opening's link will be added to the note. If the record status is updated, it will be included to the note too.
This will help you keep track of feedback and comments better.
