Adding Sample Data to your account

In Zoho Recruit, new users can opt for sample data. Sample data helps users work with content that is similar to actual data that they would be working with at a later point. Sample data can help in providing a hands-on test experience and provides a safe way to get familiarized with Zoho Recruit and can be deleted at any point.

Adding Sample Data

On signing up and entering Zoho Recruit for the first time, users can opt to populate their account with sample data by clicking on the Add Sample Data button.

Their account will then be populated with records that have dummy information. This might take a few minutes to conclude so your patience is much appreciated.

Note: Sample data cannot be added at a later point

Clearing Sample Data

Sample data can be cleared at any point in time. Navigate to the Onboarding Wizard and click Remove Sample Data.

Upon clearing sample data, the following can be observed:
  1. All records added as sample data will be removed from your account.
  2. Removing sample data will not impact the records you create or data you upload.
  3. You cannot re-populate your account with sample data after removing it once.
