Getting Started - Notifications
Notifications are important but they often tend to overwhelm you. To combat this, we at Zoho Recruit have implemented a non-invasive notification system where you can choose what you want to notified for and build your own custom notification setup.
We offer alert (in-product) and email notifications which you can mix and match according to your requirements and build the perfect notification system for your style of hiring.
To configure notifications
- Go to Setup > General > Notification Settings.
- Customize your notification system by enabling/disabling the toggles.
- Once the action is performed, you can be notified in the following ways:
- An alert message in the notifications section
- An email sent to your registered email address.
Note:
Only the record creator and record owner will receive notifications. If the owner performs an action, the creator will be notified and vice-verza.
