Export Events to Google Calendar
Sharing your Zoho Recruit calendar events is easy with the Export to Google Calendar feature. Exporting the events from your Recruit calendar to Google Calendar allows you to share them with other users in Google Calendar. It also helps you schedule your interviews and keep them organized to avoid missing any.

To add an event to Google Calendar:
- In Google Apps, click the Apps icon.
- Click More > Zoho Recruit.
You will be redirected to Zoho Recruit. - In the To-Dos tab, click New Event. Alternatively, click the New Event button on records such as candidates, contacts, and clients.
- In the Create Event page, specify the event-related details.
- Click Save and Export to Google Calendar.
The newly created event is saved in Recruit and Google Calendar.
Note
- You must have the same time zone in Zoho Recruit and Google Apps.
- Events are displayed in Google Calendar in the month view.
- You cannot add events from detail view.
- The option to Export to Google Calendar will only be available in the default list views (such as My Events and All Events).
- The custom list views that you create will not have this option.
