Activating PhoneBridge

An Administrator or a user with the Manage Profile permission can enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge access for other users in your organization's account.

To enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge for users 

  1. Navigate to Setup > Users & Control > Security Control > Profiles.
  2. Click the Edit link for the profile of the user you want to enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge for.
  3. Under Apps Permissions, select or clear the Zoho PhoneBridge check box.
  4. Click Save.

Note
  1. Integrating Telephony with Zoho Recruit will be enabled only when it is installed from the Telephony MarketPlace. Trying to install directly from vendor will cause this error: Admin has not enabled Telephony in Zoho.
