In Zoho Recruit you can send bulk SMS to candidates, contacts and candidates associated with a job opening.

To send bulk SMS to Candidates/Contacts:

1. Click the Candidates or Contacts module.

2. In the Candidates or Contacts home page, select the records that you want to send SMS to.

3. Click Actions, then select Send SMS. The Send SMS window will be displayed. 

4. Select the template that the message needs to be sent if from the Select SMS Template dropdown list.
   Note: To create a new template, click the Go to SMS Templates link.

5. Click Send.

 To send bulk SMS to associated candidates:

1. Click the Job Opening tab.

2. Select a record in the Job Opening home page.

3. In the Record Details page, click the View details link next to Number of candidates associated details.
   The Associated Candidates details page will be displayed.

4. Select the associated candidates.

5. Click Action, then select Send SMS. 

6. Select the template that the message needs to be sent in from the Select SMS Template drop-down list.
   Note: To create a new template, click the Go to SMS templates link.

7. Click Send.

 You can view the SMS details under:

• SMS History in the SMS/Text Messaging Gateway page (Settings > Setup > Extensions & APIs > Others).

• SMS in the Related lists section of the Record details page.

If more than 10 records are selected, the process may take some time. The status of the SMS delivery will be sent to your registered email address.

Note:

• The SMS Gateway feature is available for the Professional and Enterprise plans of both the Staffing Agency and Corporate HR editions.
  

• Only users with the Manage SMS Templates permission can create SMS templates for candidates, contacts and users. The Administrator and Standard profiles have this permission by default. Custom Profiles can be granted this permission by cloning the Administrator or Standard profile.
  

• Only users with the Administrator and Standard (also Custom Profiles with the required permissions) can purchase credits from SMS Vendors and configure SMS settings in Zoho Recruit.
  

• Only users with the Send SMS, Mass SMS Contacts and Mass SMS Candidates permission can send single/mass SMS to Candidates, Interviewers and Contacts respectively. The Administrator and Standard profiles have these permissions by default. Custom Profiles can be granted said permissions by cloning the Administrator or Standard profile.
